How to use the Restaurant Wheel
The Restaurant Wheel picks where to eat out. Here's how to choose by cuisine or occasion and add your favourite places.
Quick start
- Start with Cuisine, or switch to Casual or Dinner Out.
- Swap in real restaurant names if you already have a shortlist: type them or paste them.
- Spin. The wheel chooses where to eat at random before it starts turning.
- Closed or fully booked? Remove & spin again and pick the next place.
Choose by cuisine or occasion
Choose Cuisine (Italian, Thai, Mexican…), Casual (burger joints, noodle bars, cafés) or Dinner Out (steakhouse, sushi bar, French bistro).

Add your favourite places
Add real restaurants by name, like the trattoria round the corner, and the wheel picks between the places you love.

Switching lists asks first, so your additions are never replaced by accident. Reset brings back the list you picked.
Decide and go
The card shows the restaurant pick. Fully booked? Remove & spin again rules it out and picks the next place.

FAQ
Does the Restaurant Wheel find restaurants near me?
No. It doesn't use your location or look anything up. It picks a cuisine or type, or chooses from restaurants you add yourself.
Can I put real restaurant names on the wheel?
Yes. Clear the list and type or paste your own places.
What's the difference between Casual and Dinner Out?
Casual is for relaxed everyday places; Dinner Out is for sit-down meals and special occasions.
What if the restaurant it picks is closed?
Press Remove & spin again to take it off and pick another.
