Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
AllSpinWheels is built so you can spin wheels and generate results without giving us personal information. This policy explains what little information is involved and how it is handled.
1. The short version
- There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
- Your wheels, lists and settings are saved in your own browser, on your own device. We don't receive them.
- Images you add to the Image Picker Wheel stay in your browser tab and are never uploaded.
- We don't sell personal information.
2. Information stored in your browser
To remember your wheels between visits, the site uses your browser's built-in storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). This stays on your device and is not sent to us. It may include:
- the choices, colors, titles and settings of wheels you've used;
- options you picked on tools and generators (for example a number range);
- results you send from a generator to a wheel, kept for up to 10 minutes;
- game progress such as called bingo numbers or used prompts.
You can clear this at any time from your browser's settings (clear site data), or with the list menu on each wheel.
3. When you contact us
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply and to deal with your request, and keep it only as long as needed for that. Our email address is [email protected].
4. Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running, secure and free of abuse, and are kept for a limited time.
5. Advertising and analytics
The site does not currently run analytics or advertising scripts. We plan to show ads to keep AllSpinWheels free. Before we do, we'll update this policy and our Cookie Policy to name the providers, explain the data they use, and offer any choices the law requires, such as a consent banner where needed.
6. OBS overlay links
When you create an OBS overlay link, your wheel's choices, colors and overlay settings are stored inside the link itself (after the # sign), which browsers don't send to our server. Anyone you share the link with can see those choices.
7. Children
Many of our wheels are used in classrooms, and none of them ask for personal information. The site is not directed at children under 13 to collect data, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or state privacy laws in the US), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. Since we hold very little, most requests concern contact-form messages. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because your wheels stay on your device, the main way to protect them is to keep your device and browser secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
