1. The service

AllSpinWheels provides free spinning wheels, random generators and related tools. Results are picked with your browser's secure random number generator. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Using the site

You may use AllSpinWheels for personal, educational and commercial purposes, including classrooms, events, streams and giveaways. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or present it as your own;
• put content on wheels that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights, especially when sharing it publicly.

3. Giveaways, raffles and contests

Our draw tools pick winners fairly, but running a giveaway, raffle or contest is your responsibility. That includes following the laws where you and your entrants live (some places regulate prize draws and raffles) and the rules of any platform you run it on, such as Instagram. AllSpinWheels is not a gambling service and must not be used for gambling.

4. Your content

The lists, names, images and settings you put into the site stay in your browser, so you keep all rights to them. If you share a wheel (for example as an OBS link or a video), you're responsible for what it contains.

5. Our content and other people's names

The site's design, text, code and graphics belong to AllSpinWheels. Some wheels list names of games, characters, teams or brands for fun. Those names belong to their owners, the wheels are unofficial, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Results and accuracy

Wheels and generators are for entertainment, decisions and learning. Ready-made lists (for example game rosters or team lists) are kept as accurate as we reasonably can, but may be incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on results for anything important, such as financial, medical or legal decisions.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that saved wheels will never be lost; browsers can clear stored data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AllSpinWheels is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including the outcome of any spin, draw or giveaway. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes to these terms
