How to use the Workout Roulette
Workout Roulette picks your next exercise to keep training fresh. Here's how to choose the focus and build a random circuit.
Quick start
- Start with All Workouts, or pick Cardio, Strength, Bodyweight or Mobility.
- Spin to land on one exercise or activity.
- Do it at a pace and amount that suits you.
- Spin again for the next move, or build a circuit.
Pick the focus
Choose All Workouts, Cardio, Strength, Bodyweight or Mobility. Bodyweight needs no equipment; Mobility is gentle stretching.

Add your own sets
Add exercises with reps, like 20 push-ups, so the wheel tells you exactly what to do. Click any exercise to edit it.

Exercise at a level that's safe for you; skip anything that doesn't feel right.
Decide and go
The card shows the workout pick. Build a circuit with Remove & spin again five times, then work through the five exercises in order.

Great for
- Mixing up home workouts
- Quick movement breaks
- Group fitness games
- Warm-up ideas
- Circuit building
- Making exercise less repetitive
Customize everything else
This page uses the same wheel as the homepage, so all the usual options work here too. The full wheel guide explains each one with pictures:
