How to use the Brain Break Wheel

The Brain Break Wheel picks a one-to-three-minute break to reset the room. Here's how to match it to the class's energy.

Quick start

  1. Start with Mixed, or choose Movement, Calm or Creative.
  2. Spin. The wheel picks one short activity.
  3. Do it together, then get back to work.
  4. Want something different next time? Remove & spin again.
