How to use the Holiday Wheel
The Holiday Wheel picks a holiday or celebration for a theme, a lesson or a game. Here's how to choose a list, make it yours and use the result.
Quick start
- Start with Mixed, or pick Popular or Seasonal.
- Spin. The wheel lands on one holiday.
- Use it as a party theme, a classroom topic or a trivia prompt.
- Add your own celebrations, like family traditions or birthdays.
Pick a list
Three ready-made lists sit above the wheel. Mixed brings together well-known celebrations from around the world, Popular sticks to the most widely celebrated days, and Seasonal runs through the year in calendar order, from Lunar New Year to New Year's Eve.

Add your own celebrations
Type a family tradition, a school event or a local festival into the box under the list and it gets its own slice. Your list is saved on this device, and switching lists asks first so your additions are never lost by accident.

Changed your mind? Reset brings back the list you picked.
Spin, then plan
The result card shows the holiday in large type. Press Spin again for another, or Remove & spin again to take it off the wheel, which is handy for planning a theme for every month without repeats.
