How to use the Random Color Generator
The Random Color Generator creates distinct colors with their HEX, RGB and HSL values. Here's how to generate, copy and spin them.
Quick start
- Choose how many colors you want.
- Press Generate for a set of distinct colors.
- Copy any value with one click, or copy all in HEX, RGB or HSL.
- Press Spin these colors to put them on the Wheel of Colors.
Choose your settings
Set how many colors, and pick the format Copy all uses: HEX, RGB or HSL. Colors are spread out so they look clearly different from each other.

Your colors
Each color shows a swatch and its HEX, RGB and HSL values; each value is a button that copies it. Copy all copies the whole list in your chosen format.

Spin them on a wheel
Press Spin these colors and the Wheel of Colors opens with your colors already on it. If you'd already set up that wheel, it asks first before replacing anything.

Private and fair
Everything runs in your browser, so your colors are never uploaded. Each pick uses your browser's secure random generator, so every option has a fair chance.
